PodOff Dashboard
Every connection request, reply, and follow‑up checkpoint, split by account and month. Shared workspace — lead data and statuses sync live for everyone with this link.
Who needs attention right now, across every account.
Lead quality scoring for SOCSoter and Cyberlynx, in one place — double-check who's actually worth pursuing.
A shared to-do list for the team — anyone with this link can add, complete, or remove tasks, and it's the same list for everyone.
Waalaxy's own campaign analytics (connection requests, messages, replies) plus the individual leads it's sourced for Cyberlynx.
Mirrors the full SOCSoter master workbook — the June/July name+position list and the August 3–6 company‑research batches — with each row's status colored exactly as it's coded in the sheet. This is a read‑only reference view; click a row to see every field (Why, Personalization, Notes, account owner, etc). Use the Pipeline tab to actively work leads.
| Lead | Company / Position | State | Status | Tab | Source (LinkedIn) |

Leads sourced from Cyberlynx research and moved into SOCSoter's guest outreach list — same format as the Master List, kept as its own tab so the two research streams stay traceable to their source.
SOCSoter's PODCAST GUESTING pipeline in GoHighLevel, tracked here since there's no live API link (that would mean putting CRM credentials in this page's public source). Import a contacts/opportunities CSV exported from GHL to bring it up to date, work it here, then export to bring changes back. Click a row to see its movement history and log a note.
Moving a contact's stage automatically logs it to their movement history below (same idea as GHL's own "Opportunity moved" activity entries) — click any row to see the full timeline and add a manual note (a call, an email sent, anything worth remembering).
Live GoHighLevel booking calendar for SOCSoter's PODCAST GUESTING BOOK — this is GHL's own public scheduling widget embedded directly, so new bookings show up here as soon as they're made in the CRM. No CRM credentials are used since it's just the public booking page.
Booking notifications for this calendar go to nathan@podoff.co, mkaiser@socsoter.com, and qfarmer@socsoter.com — configured directly in GHL's calendar notification settings, so they fire the moment a booking is confirmed regardless of who's looking at this dashboard.
A day-by-day log for both accounts — Connection Requests, Accepted, Chats/Messages Sent, Follow-ups, Replied, Interested, and Booked. Started from today's real numbers in the Activity Tracker sheet; from here it's a running log the team keeps up by hand — add tomorrow's numbers below, or backfill an earlier date.
Every work week (Monday–Friday) logged in the activity tracker, for both accounts. Pick a month to jump straight to its weeks.
Month-level totals for both accounts. August is still in progress, so its card is marked month‑to‑date and will keep growing through the month.
Message templates for both accounts — click "Copy" to grab any of these for pasting into LinkedIn. Placeholders like (name) and [Name] are yours to fill in per lead.

Message templatesCyberlynx
Message templateThis is the base template exactly as given — not altered. When you use the "draft a message for [name]" command in the chat assistant (bottom-right) for a Cyberlynx lead, or the Auto-Generate tool above, it fills in their real first name (via LinkedIn lookup or the attached PDF) and leaves the rest of the message exactly as written — no rewriting, no added detail, and never uses em dashes.
Key contacts for this project — accounts, sending identities, and anyone else worth having on hand.
